WHO WE ARE
Thermo Seal Waterproofing has been established in 2012 under guidance of Johan van Zyl, a qualified Architect, who saw the potential of the new application technologies existing in the waterproofing and coating industry. THERMO SEAL has been involved in a high variety of projects all over South Africa and Namibia ranging from small residential decks and balconies, high end value residential, Industrial and commercial, water retention tanks and plants, several bridge decks, parking decks, pools and so much more.
The coatings industry has come a long way from brushes and buckets. Over the past 30 years, chemical engineers have formulated innovative polymer resins that have a range of modulus, better fire retardancy, low VOC’s and faster reaction times. LIQUID WATERPROOFING
Our WATERPROOFING products are applied in top quality LIQUID format and produce continuous, elastic and waterproof membranes on all exposed surfaces. It’s excellent properties allows it to be used on any new or old surfaces. Product applications range from hotspray application to cold brushable applications.
ROOF REHABILITATION
We offer the best REHABILITATION products
for old rusted and damaged METAL sheeting as well as to existing ASBESTOS sheeting, whether large or small projects. Roofs can be waterproofed as well as ENCAPSULATED to protect and extend their lifespan by at least 10 years and much longer.
INDUSTRIAL FLOORING
Where durability, strength and high quality decorative flooring are needed we can offer the right products to assist in any application. Applications can be done in high abrasive industrial workshops, car parks, passages, food grade work areas, etc. with these new technology liquid floor applications.
